This is a plastic box. Nothing fancy, but it is intended to be a plastic file box and it does pretty well at that. I put it into use holding papers in file folders around 2 months ago. It stays home and I dont move it much beyond an occasional jaunt to the other room, and it seems sufficiently durable for such use. The little storage place at the top works for holding pens or other such items.

Excellent basic storage box for hanging files. It's made organizing easier, and for the price it's pretty great!<br />Sturdy, and I've had no issues with the lid.

This gets a 4 out of 5 stars because the clasp doesn't want to stay closed when the box is full. Otherwise the boxes do exactly what they are for. They stack well also.

Is as advertised. Does what I need it to do. Only drawback is the clear top storage compartment, need to double check that it is closed or everything goes everywhere.
