I recently had cataract surgery, and went from extremely myopic (-25 in left eye, =19 in right) to a mere -2 in both eyes. I started wearing a visor rior to the surgery to help shade the eyes in efforts to see better but found once the surgery was done, ny eyes are more sensitive to the increase in light coming into the eyes. I've never worn sunglasses much, but visors worked very well for my needs., These are lightweight, and stay on the head much better than the previous style visor I wore, Its comfortable, and I ended up buying a few more in different colors. I'm very happy with them.

I have several of these visors in multiple colors and patterns. I use it for gardening and everyday wear. All the benefits of sun protection with no hat hair
