I noticed moisture when airing off a project I was working on. I purchased this unit, and problem solved. I have already changed the cartridge. The regulator screw and the screws for holding the cartridge housing felt rough , so I lubed them,now they have a smooth feel.

I've had this filter unit in my powder coating business for five years now and it works beautifully. For those with high humidity I can tell you that you need to have at least some way to condense the vapor in line. I have a home built condenser and an electronic air drier before this filter drier. Works awesome.

Good overall performance, no leaks, worked well for me! Be interesting to see if its in the trash 5 years from now. Found it cheaper through Eastwood by about $80.00

This unit is solid and stands up to the shop environment. It is effective at removing water from paint air. The only drawback is that the cartridges don't last long if heavily used. If you're blasting or spraying volume use a refrigerated dryer. If you're intermittently using a compressor this is a good choice.

This product works exactly how it is suppose to work. Installed it 50ft from my air compressor and 10 foot from my paint booth and I have no issues at all with moisture in my paint guns anymore.

I run DA sanders, needle scalers, and a CNC Plasma Table....I used to get water coming out of the end of the line all the time. Not with this beast. It's BIG and BAD(Good) about removing the water from your air. Replacement cartridges are $50ea which I think is high....but hey, you get what you pay for!Highly Recommended filter

It's a solid unit. I'm just using this dryer/filter for my home shop. So it looks like it will be a good fit.The inlet is male 1/2 npt. The output is male 1/4 npt if that helps you plan for your fittings and installation
