Bought as prop for Easter play. It was sturdy and held up well. It's not the most realistic looking dagger but it worked for our purposes. We also threaded it onto a belt to wear.

Nice sword for a kids play toy. It is soft enough but will hurt if he swings it hard enough. I added a belt to the holder and he plays with this every day.

Bought this for my son when his other sword broke. He is 3 and had a hard time getting it out of the sheath at first, but after doing it a few times it got easier. The sword seems to be pretty well made, the last one we bought (different brand) the handle broke off after just a few days, but we bought this a while ago and it’s still like new!

Perfect for my son's Halloween costume and durable enough for regular use! I like the sleeve it comes with, it makes it more realistic and fun. It's more of a soft plastic and is made for play but will bend, possible break, if played with too rough. I highly recommend if you're looking for a toy sword. It would be a good addition to an adult costume too.

This was definitely my son's favorite and still most used xmas present last year. He seriously LOVES this thing and plays with it every day!! Who would have thought a $7 sword would be such a big hit.

I purchased the Pretend Plastic Sword to stop the fighting between my granddaughter and grandson. They had a dagger they fought over constantly. When this arrived, I threaded a piece of waistband elastic through the slots designed to attach to a belt and sewed the ends together to hold the sheath at waist level. I have now had to order another because no one wanted the old dagger, they both want the one with the sheath. Creative play is so important for children, and this fits the bill.

Love this sword! The sheath is easy to remover and it's good quality plastic. My little one year old son even had fun swinging it around. It's going to work great in our Christmas play.
