After a workout, I have back/hip pain and all the flexor exercises don't quite reach the target. These were recommended to me by a Physical Therapist and they are incredible! The balls are soft enough to not feel like rocks under your back, but hard enough to reach the deeper tissue. I use a yoga mat as my base, and then lie on top of the balls. The yoga mat offers another layer of bounce/give. I highly recommend them!

I'm an occupational therapist and have been using this item almost daily with clients for upper extremity mobility exercises and weight bearing. It's sturdy and easy to clean.

My physical therapist recommended these Franklin balls to me. They help better than using tennis balls for doing fascia releases using the wall. They have a bit of give to them, but are still supportive enough to allow good movement.

When I received this ball in the mail it had a hole in it. I called the company and they said to just throw it away and they'll send me another one free of charge. That's great customer service! As far as results it's still too soon to tell, but my jeans are fitting better in the tummy area.

I have used this in my exercise class and now using it at home when I do not get to class. It is great for thigh exercise and intensifies ab workouts while keeping good form.
