Not very comfortable on my back

This is helpful for chair use, but not that useful in a car! the shape moves around a lot in a vehicle when you get in and out of the car, and is often hard to reposition while driving.

The description really wasn't clear. It said "the Original McKenzie Lumbar Roll" it did not clearly mention that it was made for very petite people or children. I only discovered that after I opened the package. It's too small to fit comfortably.

Too big and too firm for my frame (5'3", 150)

Needed something for my arthritic back. Very uncomfortable. Wound up returning it.

I own the super roll, and it's much better in my opionion. This roll is not firm enough. Perhaps the firm version is better, but it offers me almost know support.

I am constantly tightening the band to keep the roll in position - frustrating!!

I started off with a rolled up towel held by some rubber bands that worked fantastic. However, it would shift whenever I moved in my chair. I read about the McKenzie method and was so exited to try out the roll. Pulling it out of the box, my thoughts were it looked too small and too soft. While it does get the job done, I can stop thinking how this could have been improved. They solved one problem by offering a firm density options.<br />These are the problems I found in the first 15 min of use: 1. The roll is not wide enough for men (I’m 6 feet with a 34”waist), 2. It too soft and flattens out with moderate to heavy pressure. I find this happening in the car more than an office chair. In fact, the shape of the roll is becoming distorted due to the soft material, 3. The belt clip does not securely hold the belt tension. I have to constantly retighten the latch. At this point, I’ll stick to my rolled up towel for the chair and my mesh back support for the car.

Good at times.. If you can keep it in position while driving. The straps to keep it in place are use less.

This is too large for use with my fairly standard office chair.
