I would have liked this product to be wider, covering the whole width of a stand sized chair. The foam inside could also be denser as it tends to just flatten out.

I bought the standard firmness version. It's decent. I use it sitting on chairs/seats and for lying on. It's not as firm as a pool noodle.

I have tried three other back supports to use on my couch. This one is the best because it is the firmest and doesn't sink into the couch cushion as much. I can really tell the difference in my back pain. It's much, much better.

The lumbar roll does what it is intended to do. The size of this roll is pretty huge for a 6'2”, appx 170lb man. But maybe this is the curvature that is intended!In the right seat works great but in others is difficult to plant one's butt such that the roll does not just push you out of the seat.

I haven't had any issues with the pillow quality as some reviewers have, but I do think the strap of my pillow is subpar. I think it would be nice to have velcro or something to secure the strap because it doesn't retain it's elasticity enough to hold itself at the perfect height on your chair. This doesn't bother me that much though because I do feel like I adjust a bit here and there throughout the day anyway. I think I'll but something a little cuter for my home office, but this is good for at work for me.

En un momento me encant , ya que puedes ajustarlo al lugar que ms te acomode. No obstante, en viajes largos, ya te molesta aquel lugar donde te presiona hacia delante. Estoy usando ste para la oficina uso en la.ciudad (en el carro) y compr uno de los grandes que cubren toda la.zona de espalda para viajes largos. Pensaba que el grande que va desde la espalda baja hasta casi la mitad de la espalda era muy grande, no obstante , al parecer ayuda a amortiguar el movimiento contnuo del vehculo sobre la espalda, evitando as que aparezca el dolor lumbar.

Overall this is a good product, but it could use an upgraded means of connecting. During a 14 hour drive, it helped a ton in the beginning but by hour 12 I needed to remove it and couldn't. Wish it had a clip that is easy to remove and put back on. For my size (5'5" 132lb) it feels slightly large, but for lt;5 hour drives, it works great.

I like the Mckenzie Roll but there is a couple of things that annoy me! One is it is not cheap and getting it around the seat in my truck would have been a lot easier if they had a quick clipping system, like a backpack would have!And it also needs to be at least 3 wider. I find i am constantly adjusting it because it is just to narrow. At least fixing these two things might make it worth the money!!!
