For thin mats only. The strap is adjustable sure, but does not have enough slack to accommodate "most mats" like the item description says.

Buckle broken after light / limited use in 2 months!The product is simple and easy to use and worked well the first 7-8 times but a buckle broke during light tensioning.My fear is this item is not very durable .I have contacted seller for resolution and will update my review if they agree to send a replacement product and it holds up better than this one.

The strap works just fine. The ridiculous shipping rate for an APO address is not. Check the shipping before you buy!

Frustrating. The strap arrived sewn improperly (one side had the buckle up, the other side the buckle down). I resewed one side so both clasps would face up, tried to put it on and the clasp wouldn't hold on one side and kept coming open. Cheap, badly put together, and a complete waste of money.

I am totally disappointed in this strap, it came torn almost halfway through so I won't even be able to use it. I would not recommend this at all. Later edit - one of the straps is so stiff I can't even shorten it when I loop it around my mat: an utter failure and waste of money on all counts.

This is probably the best price you will find for a yoga mat sling. Unfortunately, it costs twice as much to get it shipped. So I cancelled the order after I placed it. I would buy it if the shipping was priced reasonably.

this is a poorly written ad. it is just two straps with no mat. i ended up using one for a rifle sling so it was sorta worth it
