While this looks good in the photo, it isn't nearly as warm as expected, and it balls up terribly in the wash making it look awful to wear out. If I have to work to keep it looking presentable, it isn't worth the money, in my opinion, no matter how cheap it is. So, with that being said, I could only give it three stars. I gave it away to one of my smoking friends, so he could enjoy his cigarette without being turned into a popsicle in the colder temps. I opted for the Turtle brand, which was the quality I was looking for, and it keeps me cozy.. Now, what one finds warm, and what another labels as warm may be something else. I didn't find the Rothco protective from the elements at all, and the quality just wasn't what I was looking for.

Like this for the cold. A little hard to adjust but once you figure it out, it is ok.
