Regular coveralls are so heavy, these are perfect, they block the wind, rain snow. Will rip easy with no patch options so be careful what you are working on

The elastic strip in the back creates a cold band against your back in cold weather. I have used it down to -40 so far this winter but have to layer over it and under it to keep warm. At cold temps it sounds like you are wearing a frozen trash bag as you move around. I like the short legs, I am 5'2 For the price it is ok. The three star rating is because it is not as warm as I had hoped.

Seems to be a quality item but was looking for a quilted, insulated suit to wear underclothes and around the house. Will keep lookingBTW - forgot to put hood in return pkg. how do I get it back to u. Thanks Michele

I like the Rothco suit. It was a little tight in the legs yet comfortable enough.If there was a downside the hood was a little compact or small. I was spoiled with my previous hood that coveredmy head and overlapped my face. Good suit for the dollar overall :) warmth was also good while blowing snow. I did like the zipper covering my throat nicely.

I love the suit. It's lightweight but very warm. The only issue is that the hood and draw strings are skimpy so it's difficult to protect head

Use the ski suite for removing snow from driveway. I'm about 190, and 5'9 and purchased a 2X in order to get the one piece over my shoulders, and the length was perfect. Haven't tried on sub 0 temperature, but may have to use long underwear. Will say that in single digit temperature I was plenty warm.

Great suit. Sizing is off so becareful. I am 5'3 180lb woman and the length fits me perfectly. Shoulder area is just right. Too large in the butt area. Use this for walking the dog, shoveling snow etc. Keeps me warm.

I liked the utilitarian value of bang for buck on this suit. It was not very well constructed as far as possible features like waterproofing on zippers and pocket space. An interior pocket would have been nice, but for the price is works great. I spent upwards to 15hrs in waist deep snow over two days and was fine. Not bad rothco

The suit was very warm, comfortable, and water resistant. Pockets were few, swallow, and there was not zippers, or snaps, to secure them.

I work night shift out in the cold and rain. Temperatures get down to around 19 degrees regularly. This thing keeps me warm and dry the entire time. The only complaint that I have is that I ordered a 3X so that I’d have enough room to layer my clothing underneath. I’m 6’2”, 240lbs, and if I try to put the hood over my head, it makes the butt area start giving you a wedgie. But, if you pull the wedgie out, it makes the hood so tight that you almost can’t mover your head around freely. And if I’m being a little picky, the legs could be about 2 inches longer.

Awesome suit keeps you warm the size runs small though so if you wear a large make sure you get an xlarge i give 4 stars because the hood is too small come on rothco why make the hood so small please fix that

Great suit, warm, light, got well except the legs are a little to short and the torso a little too long, needs to be reversed. Had it altered and it fits fine now. But I read a few other reviews that told me the same thing do nothing that I didn't expect.
