I lost my last one somewhere in our move to our new home. I had two since my time in the Marine Corps and they are really good to have during the winter months. My hair is a bit longer than it was prior to retiring and I've come to love these Hats.. It's a close knit wool so the wind doesn't bother me as much. They have kept my head warm in the Arizona Desert in March as well as the woods aboard Camp Lejuene in the winters in North Carolina. The wind doesn't seem to cut thru the wool much at all and my ears don't freeze when i have it in place. I could wear it under my helmet in the winter and it still kept my head warm. Love these Jeep caps. I buy them two at a time because they seem to disappear a lot. My son has come to love them as well because they are a lot warmer than the standard stocking cap.

Love it. It's a deep hat so you can pull it down over your ears with ease, and the visor is nice because it's usually right above your brow and blocks the sun really well.

Love the visor as I usually wear a Navy Utility Cap. I have long hair and most stocking caps ride up, this cap is deep enough to pull down over my ears and stay.

My G.I. Radar cap arrived as promised. I had bought several similar caps several years back that I had enjoy during the cold or wet weather. Since I had last one and the other was showing the wear so I bought this. I also bought my military cap pins to install on it.
