The white part is already fading. Doesn't seem to have much paint/material on the top.

This home plate was used for 1 season. It showed more wear than the plate I removed after 5 years of service

The anchor or screw in points on the plate need to be ruggedized to prevent the ground screws from breaking through the plate surface. The ground screws securely afix the plate to the ground; however, the screws popped through the top of the plate in two of five places - rendering the plate somewhat unsafe for use.
