This tape is ok. It doesn't stick very well and loses elasticity after a couple of hours. If you're wearing it for a short time, it's good. If you're wearing it in a pool or during higher intensity exercise it doesn't hold up well.

I wanted to love this, but I just didn't. I think for the price, it's fine. Personally, I actually didn't like that it stretched so much-- I wanted a little bit more support. I also found the adhesive quality dreadfully lacking; less even than regular KT Tape. I bought this for travel, when I didn't want to be measuring little strips, and it worked for that, but I likely wouldn't buy again, and would still go for my usual Rock Tape.

The tape works well and feels great for controlling movement of a damaged tendon. BUT, it only stayed on for a day or two - not the week that their packaging indicates.

I bought 3 brands of tape and tried them all at the same time on different injuries, this was the first to roll. It does seem to work well and i like the precut strips but I think some of the other brands are a bit sturdier. The other 2 brands i bought were Physix Gear and Beast. Note I do not wear these for multiple days, just for short periods of time.

This tape is ok...it is not as strong and does not stick as well as KT Tape. I will not order again.

This tape is similar to KT tape and Rock tape, but definitely inferior. It does not stick as well as those other two brands. When I recently needed to use tape on my back, I had some of this left over from about a year ago when I was trying out different brands that I needed for arch support in my feet. It was okay for my feet, though it didn't stay on for more than half a day, and definitely not once it got wet. When I used it on my low back - more sensitive skin - the area it covered broke out in horrible, painful blisters within a day. I had used KT tape in the same place for the entire previous week without any issues before using the Strength tape, so I know it's just something about the adhesive on sensitive skin on this one.

This is great rape for muscle trains and support, but in certain areas of your body the tape will not stuck that we'll.<br />I do notice the pain relieving effects from using the tape.<br />I guess all the tapes are the same and sometimes it just won't stuck to the body.<br />I will still use this tape as I like it.

This tape does not stay on as well as other tape<br />i have bought. The pink color is cool. I had to add<br />an adhesive cream to get it to stay on. Somewhat<br />disappointed.

I must be allergic to the tape adhesive. Otherwise the tape sticks better than KT Pro. I'd rather put up with the itching than have tape that doesn't stick under my pants.

I've only used this product and the synthetic KT brand tapes and I find the KT far superior. This tape's adhesive is mediocre - I often have pieces of tape peeling at the edges after just one day, and an average life span of 3 days before becoming totally useless. I like the precut strips and the material is pretty breathable but for a comparable price to KT, this product is not nearly as good.

It stays longer than other kinesio tapes but it leaves marks and irritates skin.<br />One day I used this product with other brand kinesio tape at the same time, the other brand didn't leave me any mark nor irritated my skin but this product did, even though I don't have very sensitive skin.
