very good! Not only great recipes, but using techniques learned in this book, I can use my own recipes as well, and due to my specialized diet, this information is invaluable. This book does not have special diet recipes other than vegetarian /vegan things. But you will know exactly how to turn your favorite recipes into a dehydrated masterpiece for the trail. Or at least it seems like a masterpiece when on a long trail and you get to have some home cooking at evening meal!
