This book isn't what others make it to be. A lot of recipes but not many that are worth the book. I modified several and they are a lot better. Most information that is given is not worth much. Search the internet and find a lot better recipes.

If you have a dehydrator or are thinking of buying one this book is great. If you don't have access to a dehydrator there are only a handful of recipes that don't require one.
