the fan was easy to install about 12 inches above the stove I was having smoke coming out the door when I was loading woodFor me it stopped about 50 of the smokeAnother problem I have with my fan If I turn it on without opening the door I get smoke in the house have complete seal on thefan with permatex ultra copper sealer summing it up was not a fix for my problem

It does what it said Need to add speed control if not it just run full speed all the time The cut out dont really work or seal need to buy a tube of high temp silicon to seal around the cut and the housing

It is bigger than expected as i looked up dimensions I was looking for something to put on a 3 vent line off a hot water heater I talked to the company that builds them and a distributer and this is what they endorsed
