Jump-N-Carry JNC770R 1700 Peak Amp Premium 12 Volt Jump Starter - Red.It is not working. We would like to know if it is under warranty, if it is for life, or if it is limited.

I am giving this item 4.5 stars. My father who is 91 but doesn't want to give up his Lexus, but still doesn't drive it. The battery dies constantly, the Lexus guy recommended this for easy jump starts. I can do this all by myself, it's easy to use.
