The knobs are fine. This brand did not include screws that were long enough/short enough for our needs. We needed one a little longer than the shorter one included, so we had to buy boxes of screws to fit our cabinets. We have noticed a problem not only with this knob from 3 different stores, but also some silver knobs by this same company. BUT also, WHO ONLY NEEDS FIVE?! Dumbest policy ever.
