This has helped my husband's ongoing leg cramps. He will not be without this after waking up nightly to getting a full nights sleep without leg cramps.

Most of us are low on magnesium and I put a few drops in my water most days to increase my levels

I've tried all different kinds of magnesium tablets, probably like 10 different brands at least, and they never helped me feel relaxed AT ALL. Since I've been taking Mega-Mag I've been the most relaxed I've been in a long time. Seems to be working!!
