I've been very happy with JNC products in the past but this one arrived with a dented box and the inner wrapping was ripped.

I have the blue version of the JNC which is fabulous and lower priced. The unit I received is a dismal failure, it has never started a car yet and shows it fully charged, I have no doubt it has a serious charging deficiency. I missed the return window by a week, we will see how they handle the return haven't contacted them yet.

for one month was good<br />after the month the digital number disappeared and didn't change all the way<br />now is completely dead .

Not as happy with this unit as I was with lower model. Not sure, maybe just a weaker battery,. But it doesn't seem as powerful as the first one I got.

defective, it can not hold a charge... Tried to make work multiple time. I can not figure out how to return, not an option here... VERY disappointed.

These were great... until technology advanced - I had one but now, they're archaic; you can get a much better device - a much smaller, cheaper solution thanks to lithium ion battery technology. http://amzn.to/2jLa0ic
