So it's good to know that the brand you get is Empetua which is a subbrand of Shapermint. You're not getting scammed as it's a subbrand on their website.As someone with chronic health conditions including hypermobility and pain, compression products are very helpful. I'm 6' and 300lb and ordered the 4XL. And my autism oversensitivity combined with fibro makes sensory issues difficult with fabric textures.These are very well made. The fabric weave is thick and opaque, no worry of sheerness or anything being visible through the fabric. I was impressed that it fit, even my long legs and torso. And they weren't as much of a struggle to get into as I thought. The compression is medium at this size which is nice. The extra tummy support area is actually really helpful with helping my spine feel supported (arthritis and degenerative disc disease) and it's got a nice little silicone grippy bit at the top of the waistband. So far, no roll-down issues even when sitting.My only complaint, which is a personal thing, but is why it's getting 4 instead of 5 stars... is the fabric is rather rough. I was really hoping that the texture would have a softer feel as it covers so much of my body. I will keep these and hope the fabric softens after a few washes. Even if it doesn't, the trade of solid compression and support might be enough of a trade-off with the pain and discomfort from my fibro/touch sensitivity. Maybe I'll have to double up with my LuLaRoe leggings, which are butter soft, underneath.If a brand combined this level of compression, fit, quality, and support with the butter-soft feel of LuLaRoe fabric... they'd have a customer for life.

So I literally measured my body to make sure I got the right size, but Im such a drastic difference in my waist to hips that I size up just to be on the safe side, even though I figured Id be pulling them up constantly.Sadly that didnt help at all, no matter how hard I stretched and maneuvered and even had help to get them on, there was no way they were making it over my hips.As for the quality. FABULOUS!!!! Fabric felt amazing, compression would have been out of this world had they fit, I most likely would have never wanted to take them off! Great job on the project but can us big hippy ladies get some more sizing please!!

I like the added features to hold the high waist in place. However, because I am so short-waisted the high waist feature ended up underneath my bra. The recovery of the fabric seems nice, but time will tell.

These actually did fit really well and seem to stay up. They're just not what I was looking for.

I really like the material of these leggings it's not the type that collects lint but I'm only 5 ft so I needed a capri style. I really wish they had pockets then I would have given them 5 stars.

Really nice, everything feels smooth but definitely not squat proof. Will have to wear with a long t shirt. Will probably buy another pair.

I disliked that my tummy pouch did not disappear? Just normal leggings...(jeggings from LB) no comparison to Spankz!

I love the fit but has weird waist band more of something you would wear as an under garment but the pants are clearly ok to wear as pants. I would love the waist band to be doubled and much wider band more like yoga pants.

I ordered a large coordinating with the size chart. These are quite a bit big. The top of the pants goes all the way to my bra, and I have a long torso. I would definitely size down. They are comfy, not see through, and do have sticky grips on the top band. They do have a bit more of an athletic look as the material is a waffle weave style with a side stripe.

They are really comfortable but didn't give me a lot of shaping/slimming at the waste.

I like them, medium fits well, but can see through a little.

The size ran a little small

These fit small even after comparing the measurements to my own. It was mostly too small in the thigh for me so if you have BIG thighs this is probably not for you. The material was nice and thick and they seem like they would stay up if they fit properly. They were not see through except for in the area where they were too small. This is a Shapermint by Empetua product with Empetua label. The other Shapermint products that I own are the full branded with Shapermint labels and the material on these is a little different and less soft but still nice. If these fit I would probably really like them but unfortunately they don't.

Ordered these after reading reviews and seeing all the hype on IG about how great they feel and fit. Well, they fit, but my legs are so itchy after a day in them. The waistline doesn't slip down, which is a plus. I think it's the material I'm not a fan of.

They hold everything in but the reviews about the pants not fitting right in the crotch are correct. Tried and couldn't pull them up enough to fit properly. Order I size larger- glad I did.

I have been losing weight for the last several months and my brain isn't accepting my weight loss. I sized up because I'm used to things not fitting correctly as I carry a lot of my weight below the waist. I could have easily ordered a size down. They are high waisted but my body is high waisted anyway so they work for me. Don't be discouraged because when I first took it out of the package, I thought there would be no way my big butt would fit! They are comfortable and serve me well as not only shaper wear but also as compression wear. I will order down a size next time but for now, I'm going to keep these because they are pretty comfy unlike other shaper wear I've worn.

I love that they go all the way to the bra line. Never roll down and very flattering, have recommended to quite a few people. They look good on.

Not completely true to size.

These are slimming and make you look snatched! I love them! I bought a size up just in case and they do feel a bit big so don't size up! Id suggest not wearing these if you are going to be eating. They are supposed to be right around the stomach so it will give you a stomach ache if you eat
