Easy to operate.

While the remotes are operational they appear used. One of the remotes had something sticky on the surface and grime in the seams of the remote.

A little tough to set up but works great after setup

OEM remote. Fully functional replacement remote. No issues other than my dog has eaten three of these. Doberman 'nuf said.

The remote works fine but I can not get it to totally link to our old Toshiba TV. This remote will not power the TV on and off. Otherwise, it works fine with our Direct TV.

Seems like a great remote, but what kind of insanity is this where they send you a guide that isn't going to work. to quote from the guide1.Turn on your Tv2.On the Remote, Press Menu3.Select SettingsWaaaa wait a minute here, There is no Settings button on the remote, therefore the only thing they could mean is that by pressing the Menu button, it will show up on the tv screen.Nope, that is not how it works at all, I looked at many videos(had too) and pressing the menu will absolutely not bring up a Menu with Settings on your TV Screen.You have to set/reset the remote and then program it.Best video I found on Utube is Best Video: Directv remote. Program like a Technician. But there are others, including the fact that the 991 code that most videos tell you to use just doesn't work for everyone. the 981 code this video gives is the one that worked for me(just make sure you hold the buttons till the lights blink the appropriate amount of time/which is not the same as the flash that pushing the button creates.Alright, throw away the most useless guide in history and pull up Youtube and you should be happy.

I like that it turns on the tv and the satellite box. The bad thing is that it doesn't turn off the tv.

Exactly like the one I had that quit working. One issue, however. When you pair the remote with your receiver, follow the instructions on the TV screen, not the instructions that come with the remote.

Replaced old one that wasn't working well. Took a long time to figure out how to program; youtube helped.
