I say underwear because my boxers are longer than these, no underwear you can clearly see my package in these in sunlight..other than that great pt shorts,keeps chafing away also easy to move and bend in these and run I love these shorts other than them being see-through would highly recommend and possibly buy another pair myself

These are an improved take on the classic Ranger Panties, where the drawstring is deleted. I wish they would also simply print the tag on the fabric, instead of sewing in that scratchy tag on the small of the back. Otherwise, these are a fantastic value and an absolute must for minimalist hiking. No undies needed, they have a liner, although if you have tree-trunk legs like I do, you’ll want to remove the elastic from the leg holes. I’m 6’2” tall and 230 lbs of Sasquatch, so they gotta go, but damn, these are amazing. I own several pairs in different colors, they’re awesome. Oh, and there is a tiny pocket designed for a footlocker key on the inside of the waistband, but it could also hold a dollar bill.

These are basically Marine silkies, considerably better for running than the Army's old grey cotton. Feel great and doing distance without any issues is easy in these.

I had to trim the tag in the back a tiny bit to keep it from irritating me . But these shorts are perfect for PT at home .

Ever since I started wearing these, women have been breaking into my house to try to watch my workouts. They comment on how these shorts “show off my legs” and how muscular I look.I visibly put on 15 more pounds of muscle the second I got these in the mail

I'm a male with 29-30 waist. Hips are slightly larger. I ordered the Medium and they fit perfectly. Not too sung or loose on waist. Quality seems good. I would order again.

I live in a very conservative area. Been accused of being in my underwear. These are U.S. issue if a woman can wear leggings I can wear these.

I'm a 5'6, 135lb female, and I ordered the large, which fits me comfortably even though I wear my pants low on my hips. Not too tight, not too loose. No drawstring, so you definitely want to get the right size for you because the fit will rely on the elastic waistband. I have average thigh width and I still have plenty of space around each to breathe without being too roomy. I ordered the olive drab color, and it's true olive drab, as can be expected from Rothco. Washing instructions are easy, just wash cold and tumble dry low.Solid quality. These are very soft. The liner does tend to ride up, but it hugs the legs so if you're on the ground, nobody can see up your shorts. Good for PT or regular workouts, and they'll fit under pants without taking up hardly any extra space. They definitely end up a lot shorter when sitting down, if you're self conscious about something like that. I don't mind it, so these shorts get 5 stars from me.

Perfect fit. I have a medium. Snug in all the right places. Perfect size. I hate big running shorts flying like I want to sail away. Perfect to show off my legs. If you have great legs, these are the shorts to mow your lawn with.
