The inside of the box was wet. 5 of the creamer were damaged. Have to wipe each one so they won’t feel greasy to touch. My first order/box was delivered fine. The refill that came the other day didn’t turned out well.

I am very disappointed. When I opened the box-many of the creamers were open and they spilled inside of the box. I tried to request a refund as they were not usable and was told this product doesn’t apply. You can see what the box looked like when I opened it. I would like my money back.

When I opened this box - half of the creamers were all sticky one or many must have leaked and I don’t think I’m going to use these.

The package arrived with a number of broken/ leaking pods, creating a big sticky mess.

Many of the creamers were smashed and they leaked all over the box and the other creamers. I purchased this for my office and I will have to wipe off every creamer that didn't leak. Not very customer friendly. Will not order this product again!

My husband loves these, but the last box was curdled. The expiration date is 8-2019 so it should still be good, but looks bad. It was subscribe and save and he ended up with a two box surplus so we suspended the subscription until he caught up. We assumed that with 18 month of shelf life according to the box, we could store them in a cool dry place, and they should be fine. They are not...

Big disoppointment. Hoping for great tasting coffee with these creamers. As I open them, some are empty, others have very little cream in them. I will not reorder air.
