I had a hard time seeing much of a difference between S and XS apart from arm length.These shirts have so much stretch that you could probably size down, stay true to size, or size up and they would all be very similar fits. I could feel a little difference when putting them on and although the arms on both of them were too long for me, the XS arms will still shorter in comparison. I'd say if wearing under scrubs, you can size down. If wearing on it's own, stay true to size.It's very soft and comfortable, and the material is a high quality one. I'm debating whether to keep due to the incredibly long arms.

These shirts are very comfortable and keep me warm at work without making me sweat. However the shirt is a little longer than I was expecting so I have to tuck it in so it doesnt stick out from the bottom of my scrub tops.

Ordered this to layer under other shirts and sweaters. I like that it is not bulky. It is super-stretchy and silky soft. Sleeves are too long for me but they stay up if I push them up so I think it will be fine.

I absolutely love these shirts, the way they fit and feel, causing me to purchase several. Nice colors and stretch. What I don't like is that after several washings the material begins to show some wear. Not necessarily fading but a bet scuffed. Not enough to keep me from making another purchase but maybe more for a specific need.

This navy top is long in the body and the arms, but fits slim in both areas so it stays where you put it. It will work very well for me. It is soft and seems well made. It says lay flat to dry--we will see what happens when life gets busy!

Soft thin material. Sleeves and trunk are quite long - it's long enough to be a short nightgown. Stretchy material. Will order next size down. M was much too big on 5'6 145 lb.

Super soft good material, but way too long!! I had to tuck it in and roll the sleeves, should have gone with a small when I am normally a medium. Definitely size down, it runs long and big.

I have this shirt in many colors and keep multiples in both of our houses. I've bought this shirt for birthday gifts! It is so easy and comfortable. I am 5'6, 155 pounds, and a large is perfect. You can dress it up or wear it while laying around doing nothing. For the win.

I love the feel of the fabric and it washes well. I would've given it five stars although I feel like it was way too long in the torso. And it seemed like it was one size too large. I usually wear a medium but next time I will order a small.

The material of this shirt is very nice, but it feels heavy when on. It also runs very long in the body and sleeves. I am 5’2”, 110 pounds and ordered a XS. The shirt comes to the middle of my butt and the sleeves are probably 3-4” too long.
