Bought this for an avid [read: rabid] DR WHO fan who loves it. It is a good size and the bells/whistles do not disappoint. Should you purchase this item for someone, you must commit to keeping it filled with cookies, or else what's the point?

The cookie jar was great! USPS dropped the ball bu driving to my house and not dropping it off on the delivery date. It was a Christmas gift and it was a big hit!

This is a tiny cookie jar. I didn't read the dimensions before buying it. My daughter uses it as a piggy bank though so it works out great.

This is absolutely fantastic! It's the right color, and has the light on top (I've seen other Tardis's that don't, so this is really quite nice). Has a separate plastic container on the inside that is removable, and washable. Perfect for storing food in. Have to say that it's NOT bigger on the inside, afterall, Timelord technology is hard to replicate, but can still hold a good amount of loot. I'm phyched that it makes sounds, I mean come on, that's brilliant. Especially if you want to catch people trying to take your cookies (or whatever else you may put in your personal Tardis). Just the right size to put on your counter, and add the perfect touch of Doctor Who to your home. Beautiful.

Got this cookie jar for my daughter who is a 34;DR Who34; fanatic. She really loved that this makes the real authentic Tardis sounds. This is the perfect gift for any DR Who Tardis fan young or old. Do not have to store cookies can be used on bathroom sink or dresser to store things. Makes a great tea pack of k cup storage for you coffee tea area.DRJ
