:( Not what I remember from my childhood. In the intervening years, they've changed the recipe and flavor. They now taste, and have the texture of Laffy Taffy.

I usually love these! This stash of them, however, has likely been sitting for a LONG time in a hot warehouse, as the paper is basically glued to the candy. To unwrap each piece and pick off the paper that’s now fused with and become part of the candy is time consuming and frustrating. You can never seem to fully remove all the paper so you definitely end up eating some of it.

Definitely not the original Now Later, too soft and the strawberry flavor tastes more like Laffy Taffy

These are not the original hard Now and Laters. These are soft, and the flavor is not tart.

I ended up throwing half of them away due to them being half melted and the paper wrapper not coming off.

Disappointed with these. They are way too soft and chewy. Was hoping for the originals that are harder. Guess I'll give them away at Halloween.
