I'm just now opening this and the cap was not on tight and it was not sealed on the inside. Is it safe to use this product?

I gave it a shot for almost three months. I got big red splotches on my face that were super itchy and flaky. I thought my skin would get used to it eventually but it never did. Trashing over 80 of the tub.

Used this for over a month and no difference in skin moisture. Very large tub that now just takes up space

I though I was buying the same product that I have used for 30 years. However the ingredients are now such that the most important one, collagen, is now last. Fragrance is way before this, it use to be the last ingredient. geezz.I saw one ad for this that made you think they were just changing the look but said nothing about changing the ingredients, it is terrible. I could tell something was very different the first time I used this and that is when I compared the ingredient and became very disappointed. I will start looking for a new product to use.

Seems to clog up pours, too heavy. Threw it away. Waste of time and money.

Do not buy it. The strong perfumey smell is so overwhelming and it is so thick and packed with chemicals and fillers.

Does nothing except burns my skin. Omg my skin is severely burnt since I started using this, especially my forehead. Wasted my money

Something has changed and it no longer any good. The one I bought in January 18 was so good. Very light but moisturizing not sticky at all. I decide to buy another on in April 18. This one is definitely different. Smell and look of it is the same but it is more sticky and oily. It has the cheap feeling to it. I want the old formula back

It looks good in the picture sounds great in the description. Yes you get the st. Ives product as described and on time.....other than that it came opened already and missing a good portion of what looked like 4 fingers grabbing a bunch.....

The condition was label 34;new34; but there was no film on top of the lid convincing me it was new. The cream could have been altered. I also notice small amounts of fuzz on top of the cream meaning someone else opened the product before I received it.

had been using this product for awhile. must have been a bad batch or formula change? it made break out my face. will not buy this product again.

This product not only came packed really bad but also broke my face really bad. I hadnt seen a pimple for over 2 years and as soon as I started using this product(only 2 uses) I started seeing pimples. I stopped the product, but the pimples continue.

This left my skin still dry. I have normal, not dry skin. Very thin lotion for what it is supposed to be. Smell was nice though.
