I use this as a detangler when trying to tame my hair. Helps to get the job done, but I have to use added moisturizers to keep my frizz in check. I do use this as a body lotion while in the shower. Just another layer of moisture for my dry skin. Nice and soft, but I still lotion up to avoid drying out throughout the day.

I really like this conditioner. It smells really good- not overly flowery or fruity, just clean. I was worried it was going to leave an oily film on my fine hair but it does not. It leaves my hair soft and easily comb-able. It does not do much for my frizz but that could just be my hair and not the conditioner. I would buy this again, especially considering the great price.
