It's a awesome, easy to set up unit, only 4 stars because the swivel sucks. I'll be replacing that. But over all I love it.

Absolute junk iv got it mounted to a concert wall and it has a ton of vibration in the arm it dose have good action or work very well iv been using a speed bag for 10 years this one sucks save your money people buy the title boxing speed bag platform!
