Some of the reviews was not that great. I hung it up on the wall and it's sturdy doesn't move great speed bag. Easy to adjust

This has been excellent!! My husband has been using it daily and he loves it. Very sturdy and stable. Folds away nicely though my husband rarely does that. I did not read the description SO DON'T FORGET THE SPEED BAG ITSELF!! That was my bad as I just saw the pic so that was a little deceiving but I should have read the description. Overall though this has been great!

First you should know you will need two 2x4 20-30 long to mount.Second the instructions are terrible. You are left to search the internet and your imagination.Third and most importantly the item vibrates really bad and rotates in the base no matter how tight you have the knobs locked down
