This stuff is great if you're try to cut down on sugar and carbs. I recently decided to cut more sugar out of my diet. I love chocolate though so this makes me feel satisfied when I'm having cravings.

I’m glad that I found this option online to buy. The reason it is four stars instead of five is that the milks are expiring in August 2018. I don’t think I’ll be to finish them all by then but I’ll try. So that is a word of caution. I totally recommend this. In my opinion, this was a good deal.

Need some sugar I ordered wrong I normally get sweetened and they are still in pantry. The protein milkshake just isn’t as good as sweetened
