I used this product all the time. However I liked it less when I went to the larger, more economical size (65 fl. oz.). The larger size has spout that makes a mess. Add to the fact that all shelf stable sizes use non-recycle-able packaging and that a serving has 2.5 gr. of fat, and I now buy this only when I need it. The rest of the time I go for regular skim milk.
