Not really fond of the stretch bands. Even though there are 2 of each. I'm not really confident of how long they will last. I like the combo effect. The resistance combination possibilities are nice. For the money they are worth it.

These are good to start this type of exercise with since compared to others I have since purchased they are ....easier(??). I have trigger finger and began using these for that. Yes...these will help (massage and stretching for tennis elbow/carpal tunnel will also help). The balls are useless for my issue but the bands used without the balls were a good starting point as mentioned. I have worked into the “five circles hooked together style” which seem to come in more pounds of pull and also work the thumb a bit more effectively than this longer style did. Have trigger finger? Definitely add these for a couple sets every day. I can keep my “trigger” down when I do all three things regularly: stretch, forearm massage and finger extension exercises.

Right strength

My physio recommended this to fix a tennis elbow injury and I had very good results.However, it is not very durable. Red ball developed a crack on day two and, while I was still able to use it for a while, it finally gave in on week 3. Same for the elastic band. Both the black and the grey bands snapped at the thumb position. I do have thick fingers. To their credit, there are two sets of rubber bandsOverall would recommend it but not impressed by the materials

I only just received this so I can't comment on if it helped me. I'm not sure if that would be useful though because everybody is different. I can say that the balls feel too small for my hands/fingers. To be fair i do have large hands and longer fingers than average. I wish they made a version with bigger balls that fit my hands better. Besides that the quality seems good and it came with informative instructions.

Easy to use

Works well. I think theraputty is a little better, but this is a less messy second form of treatment.

It was exactly what I wanted and was delivered very quickly

I am preparing to go to massage school so I ordered this to strengthen my hands, fingers and wrists and work on flexibility and dexterity. Really works nicely. Definitely easy to use. Being lightweight and portable is a big plus.I only gave it 4 stars because there were no directions in the box. The outside of the box only gives 2 exercises but according to a youtube video, the printed instructions that are supposed to come with more than 2.

These are great for flexibility and strengthening. I just had carpal tunnel surgery and these have served me well! I am starting with soft and then moving to more resistance.

Helped me a lot to restore my palm strength after the surgery for carpal tunnel. Would recommend if you need some tool to train and restore fingers movement.

I bought this for my 5 yr old son with cerebral palsy (CP). He has a mild case of CP but still has issues with his hands/fingers. This item is relatively easy for him to use. Its relatively easy to re-thread the finger insert, which you will have to do.
